29 – Rinse after Sauna

The ritual of taking a bath in Japan comes with rules. Don’t forget to rinse after coming out of the sauna and entering the cold or else a Japanese might shout “showa showa” at you.

 

20 – The Gym: Starting a Routine

I’ve joined a gym. Time to get healthy and lose my old drinking habits. So far, it’s working and I’m saving money. I’ve lost a little, very little, weight but it’s feeling good to be healthy and on the right track.
