Oh boy! I was invited to have dinner with some great friends at a teppanyaki restaurant in Akashi. We had ise ebi (Japanese call it lobster) and wagyu steak. Everything tasted great and we had a nice time.

I’ve joined a gym. Time to get healthy and lose my old drinking habits. So far, it’s working and I’m saving money. I’ve lost a little, very little, weight but it’s feeling good to be healthy and on the right track.
